4 passport size photographs in white back ground (matte finish paper).
Account maintenance certificate with bank statement of last six months. Minimum closing balance 400,000 to 500,000/- PKR is required)

If business: NTN, Letter head and visiting card (certificate of chamber of commerce / tax returns)
If job: Joining letter, recent 3 months’ salary slip and leave letter)
Letter from the applicant address to the visa officer of the consulate general.
FRC (Family registration certificate) OR MRC (Marriage registration certificate, if married)
Polio vaccination card.
Travel insurance policy or letter.
Confirm Hotel Itinerary.
Confirm Ticket Itinerary.
Note: All visas charges are non-refundable in case of visa reject or delay.
Stay validity as per Confirm ticket and hotel booking.
