Travel Consultant

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to all phones as well as greet clients.
• Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
• Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
• Cases follow up by team.
• To fill Embassy forms.
• Co-ordinate with team and help out in complete processing.
• All other tasks assigned by the Directors.

Sales Executive

• Achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan and provide on the ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deal.
• Observes sales process with sales representatives; attending sales calls.
• Practices sales process by calling on existing and new accounts; adhering to established sales steps.
• Managing the sales team and all sales activities with in the company.
• Networking with leads and customers.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting result as necessary.
• Overseeing activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• All other task assign by Directors.

Customer Care

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Knowledge of computer and internet devices and clear communication skills
• Respond to customer inquiries or handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop stable & smooth customer relationship.
